Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission
- Online transaction charges are not part of the Fee. The following transaction charges shall be applicable: No additional charge (Fee can be deposited in Cash in any of the Indian Bank or Bank of India’s Branch)
- Credit Cards Transaction Processing Fee (Visa/Master/RuPay): - 1.50% of Transaction Value
- Net banking Transaction Processing Fee:- Rs. 20/- Per Transaction
- Wallet/Cash Card Transaction Processing Fee: - 1.50% of Transaction Value
- Debit Card (RuPay) Transaction Processing Fee:- NIL
- Debit Card (Visa/Master) Transaction Processing Fee - 0.90% of Transaction Value
- GST and other tax / taxes if any applicable, will be charged in addition.
- All Fee rules as given in the Prospectus shall remain applicable.
- The Institute does not guarantee that the online Fee Payment System will be available at all times. If the final day student fee changeover fails, CITK will not be liable for any delays in fee submission caused by the inaccessibility of the Online Fee Payment system, nor will it be responsible for fine exemption. We highly advise you to submit the fee using the Online Payment System before the last fee date as announced from time to time.
- The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach Admission Cell account after 1-2 days. The candidate is solely responsible for making sure the fee is deposited on time. Any delay in the payment of fees, regardless of the cause, is not the Institute's fault. Additionally, the Institute will not be held liable if the credit/debit card provider rejects or declines the payment for any reason.
- If the candidate is able to acquire the Payment Acknowledgement Slip after paying the fee, the fee paid by any of the above methods is deemed to have been made. Therefore, it is highly recommended that all applicants print their acknowledgement sheet and preserve it in a secure place in case they need it in the future.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Technical issue: In the event of a technical failure, the money may be debited from the payer's account but not credited in bank account. In such circumstances, the payment gateway service may clearly indicate the confirmed settlement when the money is received by the Institute's account. As a result, we manually enter the payment details.Other payment cases are advice to contact admission cell, The institute decision would be final.
